This is a small HO railroad. The floor measures 23' X 21.5'. Modular components can be accessed by exploding one of the sections. I suggest section I, You can use this as is or change it. All the sections are components. This can be put into a 2-car garage or bonus room. Just like to share this with you. It does not have legs, they are understood to be there. Or it can be attached to a wall; the peninsula does neet to have legs, however.
