Made this scene with Blender 3.0/3.1. The Blender file contains everything including Geometry node for the grass/bushes. I included Obj and FBX files but it is limited to mostly the meshes/objects and some materials that didn't bug out. The toplogy is pretty good with not many disconnected objects(less than 15).
