An English Cottage/tea room. A Georgian style building taken from an actual building in the Village of Bourton On The Water in the Cotswolds UK. The building was modelled in Modo but has been exported as an FBX and has a Max/vray export.

The model has a mid range of detail, suitable for close up stills but not too heavy that it cant be used in Unreal, Unity etc. All polys are quad apart from a couple of tris.
