This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Center hall colonial floor plan with a large shop at the rear. The shop has a pit, and an observation balcony for those guys (and gals) who want to keep an eye on their toys. This has 2 10'X14' roll-up doors at each side.
