This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is an anaraondak house made from the 1913 period. It is a little house with rooms so self explanitory that there is no point in telling you what they are. However, upstairs, there is an extra little room in front that could have one of several purposes. It could either be a guest's cot room, a den, or a trunk room. The only actual renovation from it's old state are the kitchen's modern appliances. The old stove was taken out (yet, the flue is still there). There are only 3 closets (no coat closet) and a basement. I chose a pleasant color scheme on the eyes with grey, chipboard, white, and lavender. It would make the perfect addition to your 1920's street scene. It would look extra sharp because of its shed roof dormer in front. This house is seen in the district just south of downtown Paulwall. Yes, Gordon Van Tine homes were popular in that era. However, those homes, along with the Sears collection has very cookie-cutter shape, form, and floorplans. These houses essentially are worth next to nothing in value today. Tracts of them are gone now...however, don't let that interfere with your pleasurable downloading experience. Please rate :)
