This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is another small but stylish house for people to live in :) Though it is modern with the modern fixins, it was designed similar to those old tract houses. That's right, like a kit home but it is modern. It is a small house so there are two bedrooms, both small. Both are exactly the same size and have the same sized closets as well. The only bathroom is in between. this could be the perfect house for college students for you could rent a bedroom and have a roommate. The kitchen has tall cabinets to accompany the small space and has a wide gap for your table. An arch opens it up to a great living room with a picture window and a fire place, just like how a tract house would be. Another feature is that the furnace is right in the center. You can't miss it for it has a giant vent on the door. The water heater is in with the laundry. Other people would consider this a modern bungalow or something. There is no basement in this design. However, if there was to be one, the access would be in between the kitchen and the living room. I hope you like this little cottage and its contemporary charm.
