This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 So how about living in a cozy little Victorian cottage? Okay so the house really isn't Victorian but there are some fancy trims that may make you think this is a Victorian house. Save for the front, most of the house is rather plain in terms of finishes. It is very affordable. Come inside to see an open floor plan welcome you. Then you see on the other side there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the far left side. There is a fully excavated basement where your furnace and water heater sit. In case you wonder what the black gap is by one of the bathrooms, that is the exaust chase for the furnace below so no actual square footage is wasted. Beyond that, this modern house would not make a bad city house framed by the Paulwall skyline beyond and in a neighborhood with many other houses like this one and with broad trees and a brick street. Enjoy this small house and please rate :)
