Imagine it in a neighborhood with many others like it, sharing its same floor plan or similar. The house, though in a southern Paulwall subdivision, has the Southern California look in its architecture with its contemporary stucco exterior and clay tile roof. This subdivision is full of homes of this same style, in fact about 150 or so homes with only four different floor plans. So consider it a modern tract house. The porch is interesting and gives this box of a house some curb appeal and character along with the second story shutters and recessed window. Come inside to an open floor plan featuring an island kitchen. Other than that, the house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
