Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a desert town house. It really isn't much on the outside but the interior layout isn't bad. The large family room is the focal point for the family. The adjacent kitchen has a walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, and casual dining. The house has covered patio access. The water heater sits in the garage. A vantage point is the powder room there. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a loft. The loft could be walled in to be a fourth bedroom. Your pick. There are 2 full bathrooms up there. The laundry and mechanical sit on the second floor. The master suite has both a his and a her seperate closets! The stone in front makes for a nice accent.
