This compact house is built on a 44'X48' metal barge. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 2-story Main Room and a Deck. The waste and fresh water tanks, mechanical, diesel generator, and storage are located in the 'basement'. It accessed by a hatch under the stairs. If you do not like your neighbors, just hire a tugboat and move. Designed to be self-sufficient for weeks at a time, it can be located anywhere there is water. The ropes around the deck are removable for diving off it. House is sheathed with cor10 metal siding.
