This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Hybrid home. Like a hybrid car? Not really. This house is a hybrid between the modern face of the outside and the old fashoined country-style interior. This house has a lot of detail inside out. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, pantry in the kitchen, a laundry room with vaccum cleaner closet, and includes the water heater. There is no basement but there is storage under the stairs. The family room features a sloped ceiling with the upstairs hall directly above. The living room's fireplace features spark arresters. My personally favorite room in the house is the master bedroom. It has a chair rail with stained wood paneling and wallpaper. There are his and her closets on either side of the window. The ideal location, I'll say is a Colorado mountain community, but you are free to put it wherever.
