about the 3d model-3d model is a multiple part model but not assembly,-3d mdoel dosnt have any internal parts or any function,-This 3d model contain all the mutliple part in a single solidworks part file not a assembly file but if you want you can do that easly.-the model dosnt contain any trees(you can find some trees in the reandering but it is actually not present in the 3d models.)-KEYSHOT FILES have some texture but there are not othere texture avaliable.-THE MODEL IS 400INCH X 400INCH TOTAL AREA 160000SQ INCH
