IJA Type 97 Grenade - High-Fidelity 3D Printable Model (Assembly & Single-Piece)
Description:This is a highly accurate 3D model of the Type 97 Grenade, the standard fragmentation grenade used by the Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) during World War II.
【Product Features】
Realistic 3-Part Assembly: Designed with historical accuracy in mind. The model consists of the Main Body, Cap, and Fuse (with Fuse Cover).
Threaded Connection: Just like the original, each part is connected by functional threads, allowing for a satisfying assembly experience.
Bonus Single-Piece Data: For those who prefer a quick print, a one-piece Solid Mesh version is also included in the package.
【Historical Accuracy & Material Guide】To achieve the most realistic look, I recommend the following finishes based on the original materials:
Main Body & Cap: Originally made of Cast Iron. A matte black or dark metallic finish with a subtle cast texture will look best.
Fuse & Fuse Cover: Originally made of Brass. Gold or brass metallic paint is recommended.
Safety Wire: In the original, a copper or steel wire was used as a safety pin. Please use a real wire (approx. 0.8mm-1.0mm) to complete the look.
Visual Detail: The top of the main body (where the cap sits) was historically painted Red to indicate it was filled with explosives.
