Overview
This 3D model was created in Blender with a focus on both structural accuracy and versatility. The roller pin was first modeled individually, then duplicated using the Array Modifier. To achieve a realistic layout, a Curve Modifier was applied so the pins naturally follow the intended path. The same workflow was applied to the housing, ensuring a precise and consistent build across all components.
Modeling & Animation Potential
The geometry is clean and efficient, designed to allow further customization. While the moving pins are not exported in this version, the setup makes it possible to rig or animate them with minimal additional work—ideal for projects that require functionality beyond static renders.
Texturing
All textures were created in Substance 3D Painter using a PBR workflow. Materials include maps such as Base Color, Roughness, Metallic, and Normal for a realistic and professional result. Textures are neatly packaged and organized for easy integration into any pipeline.
