This is a low poly model of a modern industrial sea tower developed as part of a set of similar minimalistic style props (available as separate products in my collection).

Originally created with 3ds Max 2009.

The model was designed for use as a medium/far distance prop for backgrounds in animations, stills and also as a real-time asset in games.Model is built to real-world scale - meters.

Mainly quads and only a few triangles. No n-gons.The _max zip file contains separate v-ray and standard materials scenes for 3ds Max 2009 and up.

Scene objects are organized in group and properly named.

Drag and drop ready - no background objects, cameras and lights in the scene sea plane not included.

Exported formats available: 3DS, OBJ, FBX, DWG, LWO, XSI and X.Two type of OBJ files exported with settings for Cinema4D and Maya are available.
