Central Ionostar all coiled and able to switch charges and direction of currents.several modes, pushing out ions equally, outward and over and under a 360 degree wing design, made up of two different hemispheres.

the higher area of the top hemisphere has a faster ionic wind and the bottom of the top hemisphere a slower ionic wind, generating lift on all sides eqaully.
