Starting off as a personal request from the CEO of El Presidente Fleetyards, the Invictus was designed to be a large battleship intended to defend the Fleetyards from armed aggressors. However with the class now proving to be very useful as either a command ship or flag ship. The CEO, El Kapitan, has permitted the class to be offered to the public. This ship is free for use in any type of media as long credit is provided.
