Small exterior model of a nature scene i found on Google Maps.

The land is sculpted and it uses 4 different texture, normal and roughness map, combined by an RGB Mask. And the water uses a BW mask for the normal.

Besides the land, the model contains multiple props for particle systems; Distant houses, 5 different types of grass, and 5 different rocks.

And the main part of the model is the 3D model of a Ship-Whale hybrid sculpture.
