This exterior-only model of Ithra was made in 3dsMax for V-ray render.The library building lacks roof lanter - this is not visible from human eye.The building must be rather correct in dimensions, but I only had some general drawings to model it. The C-shaped (in Top view) entrance part may have mistakes in dimensions.What you see on previews is what you get.

V-ray scene was made in two variants: one relies on bump maps, another on displacement.I also include versions for Corona and Arnold renders which looks almost the same.11 map channels was used. Besides 3dsMax file I recreate the scene in Blender, though I am not Blender specialist.

As both 3dsMax and Blender files relies on their specific maps I do not include any other (import-export) file format.
