Here you have japanese village scene [diorama] , you can render that in cycles as well, it is a bit different. Make sure to put plants and leaves alpha hashed and alpha clip for shadow. You have the particles system as well, so you can change in the way you like. I had some problems to export in obj and fbx with all textures, so you can add them manualy.
