Killer Keys are typically used by law enforcement and landlords as an affordable and disposable access denial device. A Killer Key can instantly and permanently disable a lock, and render all other keys unusable within the disabled lock.Once inserted into a lock, a specially placed and shaped cutout along the key blade ensures that the pins will fall behind the groove and become lodged, making it impossible to pull the key out.
