This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 7 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a very large house ideally for an urban corner lot. It has an interior and is on layers so you can look around. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Some of the ceilings are pretty cool. There are 10 sinks, 13 closets, and 5,000 sqft of living space in this 3-story mansion. The basement door is under the front stairwell. There's a series of nooks and such. Stailess steel appiances are in the kitchen as well as a large pantry. Perhaps my favorite feature of this house is the octagonal two-story foyer in front. It has a 19' metal ceiling.
