Approximately 16.5 metres wide, 24.5m wide, and 5.5m tall (at the highest point). The shed is provided as multiple variants. The native Blender file is included with the object modifiers left unapplied (open_metal_shed_original.blend). Two zip files offer a high-poly version and low-poly version. The high poly version has all modifiers applied and is offered in many file formats. The low poly version has no modifiers and therefore has sharp edges and many of the parts are a single face thick.

Geometry:

  • All objects have been left separated to allow for easy modification.
  • Quads and tris with some planar ngons (they do not cause artifacts)
  • Not subdividable
  • Smooth shading with custom edge normal data (for some sharp edges)
  • Modelled to real-world scale, units: metres
  • Only parts of the mesh is watertight.

Texturing:

  • 6 basic PBR textures, color, normal, specular.
  • Resolutions: concrete: 2k, metal: 1k, screw and bolt: 1k.
  • png and jpg format
  • UV mapped with overlap and tiling textures.
  • Created in Blender. .blend file has textures packed (embedded in the file).
