This is a block-out of a modern home. All the surfaces are planes - subdivided into square meter faces to work faster with magnet/snapping tools which can use vertices and edges. Walls, windows, doors and railings are consistent with this style of measurement which is easy to work with in game engines with rooms measuring three meters in height. Attic, roof and terrain are added as a visual reference in the last two files. This is the perfect starting point to start with aesthetics for an interior house environment or a as a component of a neighborhood.
