simple LifeSaver with a rope attached to it, the rope position is still changeable by selecting and changing the position of the curve: PathRope.All the textures are packed in the blend file, and all of them are procedural(no images).The rope have 4 modifier, i recommend to turn OFF the viewport rendering of this modifiers before changing the position of the Lifesaver because not turning OFF can create a lot of lag.
