A sea shore without a lighthouse seems boring. Use this in your scenes to light them up. The light house is medium poly and you can use it as u like. You can use this for both commercial and non-commercial projects. For games you may need to make LODs. Unreal will do that in the engine itself, don't know much about the other game engines. Note: For UE5, it will be usable as nanite geometry if you take out the glass part as a separate object. Credits to KlessGyzen for sharing that wonderful scenery I used for my model showcase.
