Realistic and somewhat stylized victorian lighthouse, with rock base and stairs. Shaders have diffuse, normal and glossiness or roughness map. Lighthouse wall textures were created in Photoshop, and besides that, everything else is PBR. Model is fully operational both in 3Ds Max where it was created, and in Blender as well.
