This type three limas house still uses the construction principles of traditional limas houses in general. However, it is designed with a relatively simple room arrangement without the addition of certain rooms or separate houses so that it forms a simple house body as well. Now the type 3 limas house can still be found in the urban Sambas area. The color of the wood is the color of the ironwood texture, which is blackish brown without any additional paint. The traditional Sambas Limas house was designed using the Sketchup application and rendered using Enscape to produce a more realistic appearance. There are 6 layers of structural elements in the application so that it makes modeling easier and more detailed and neater. The textures and materials used are included in the SketchUp application. with that, everything shown in the preview image is included in the sketchup application which contains everything. This 3D model sketch can be converted into various applications such as fbx, obj, 3ds, blend, and others.
