This highly detailed sculpture of a sitting lion was created using a photogrammetric scan as a reference in Blender and is available for you here.

The pictures show a printout in 80 mm height on an Ender 6 FDM printer in PLA filament. Of course you can print the lion as big as you like. it is also perfect for SLA prints.
