This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a little townhouse. Actually, it is more like a shotgun house. Long and narrow as it is with its 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. However, you may wish to convert the bonus loft into a 4th bedroom. Well, I guess it isn't as little as I've imagined then. The living room and kitchen are together just aside a sunken dining room. Out back is a rear entry 2-car garage. The garage is so big that that the laundry room must be on the second floor. There is a basement. The pantry is behind the main stairs. I decided to get creative and add special classical elements aboust the fascade. The greatest touches are the porch and the colored glass.
