This listing is for the Love For Paris Diorama Mini & Large Bundle which saves you 25% on both models.
File consists of:
- 6 models; The Diorama Insert (Large & Mini Version), Outer Shell (Large & Mini Version), & Base (Large & Mini Version). Each one comes in STL, OBJ, and FBX formats
- Studio Quality Sample images for both Large & Mini versions.
- Buyer's Guide which has links to the lights that fit inside it (just little puck lights you twist to turn on and larger puck lights that are remote controlled. Nothing fancy.), the paint I used, and screws to use for the mini version.
The Mini version is easily put together. Everything just slides together and then a small screw gets inserted into the bottom and you're done. The Large version is assembled the same way but doesn't need a screw. Designed to be printed with Resin printers but can be printed with FDM printers as well, although I can't promise you'll get the same great details as you would with resin, like the top of the Eiffel Tower, small bushes, or Paris engraving on the front. For resin printers, everything has been designed where it doesn't need any supports if printed upright. Same might be possible with FDM printers because the overhangs are very small (Although the arch at the very top might need some). I print the diorama insert piece in clear resin and don't hollow it out. It's a solid piece. I found it looked better that way. Then I print the shell and base in white and spray paint them.
