This is my first 3d model made in blender that I was okay with posting on cg trader so dont expect something great. You can move the cars by selecting the base shape, so by selecting a window for example, you will be able to move just the window and nothing else. Why? Because im dum and I found out how to apply materials to diffrent parts of the car . The wheels can fully rotate on the z-axis like a normal car. The red sports car has more detailed wheels so they have their origin centred for them to freely rotate and spin, but other vehicles don't have the origin point centre so they cannot spin on their x-axis as a normal wheel, but they don't need to because the wheels that they have been made so that even if they would spin the change wouldn't be noticeable.
