This is a PBR house pack with 18 different low poly houses meant for commercial use of any kind, It has 70874 faces and 76922 verts in total so it is ideal for games. Dowload all of the texture zips including the hdri so that everything shows up correctly in the maya scene. You can right click and open the texture files with winrar or 7zip to extract. It uses baked down 8k textures however it also possible to bake the texture size as low or high as desired depending on how much quality you want and the hardware you are using. This can be done by going to preferences -> display -> max texture resolution. You must use Arnold to render the maya scene as I am using aistandard surfaces. If you want to use another renderer you must setup the materials by yourself. If you have any more questions please contact me on YouTube, I will reply as fast as I can. Lastly place the maya file in your projects/defaults/scenes directory.
