If you want further Unreal Engine 4 and 5 support please buy it in my Fab Store instead: https://fab.com/s/8c00197a40c3

Buy here mostly for the FBX files and .BLEND files only. Thanks! :]

As an EXTRA/BONUS I included the Unreal Engine 4.26 content folder so you can merge it with your project. It doesn't have the demo rooms from Unreal Engine 5 from my fab store but it has all functionality either way. All Assets included. Same pack as my FAB store. Further support for it is not guaranteed... please buy it in my FAB store if you want FULL support for Unreal Engine and updates as they release. Thanks!

Please check my fab store for more unreal engine specifications and info, thanks.

REV 2025

Updated and revised the pack. Now it includes more props and architecture for your games and levels.

This is an update to one of my 2021 packs that I had been developing on and off. It is finally to a state where I consider it finished for this version. I did not counted all assets but there is a lot [it is not mega massive though but there is quite a bit]. I am sure you will find about 200+ unique objects or so. Blender marks about 1000+ or so excluding scene text. So there is a lot. I just kept modeling and modeling until I was satisfied with it in Unreal.

For all Rev 2025 contents a new 8x8 pallete / texture is used. Original release includes the same 4x4 pallete.

All original contents still there just revised.

  • V1 revision divides into 3 batches
  • V1 Original which is the same from 2021 with the 4x4 pallete and has some bonus 3D models now
  • V1 Revised which uses now an 8x8 pallete

Rev_2025 includes several castle-like meshes. Flags, more rocks, etc. Check viewer for more info. Focus is outside decoration.

The pack divides into 9 batches which include the new props

  • Batch 1: has arches, big columns and floors for inside building.
  • Batch 2: Statues and deco orb
  • 3: Modular-like architecture with symbols. Separated and joined versions available plus some hollow-like meshes.
  • 4: Small candles and candleholders - joined and separated
  • 5: Several hollow-like meshes for walls/windows and liquid/waterfall basic meshes.
  • 6: Huge rocks, rocky circular floors, rocks with lights, bridge builders.
  • 7: TEMPLE-LIKE STRUCTURES, SOME WITH LIGHTS / Separated Symbols and some small deco stuff like grass.
  • 8: GENERIC DECORATIVE MESHES. ORB HOLDERS / SOME MULTIMATERIAL FOR COLOR CHANGE, GOLD, AXES, URNS, SWORDS, STAFF. SOME BROKEN AND SOME SMALL DECO STRUCTURES LIKE A SMALL PEDESTAL FOR STATUES.
  • 8.5 BIG ENTRANCES OR PASSAGES / SEPARATED PARTS AND 1X JOINED MESH / FLAT OR BEVELED VARIATIONS
  • 9: BIG BLOCKERS / BIG WALL-LIKE STRUCTURES FOR LIGHT BLOCKERS OR DISTANCE/GENERIC ROCKY-LIKE / FLAT OR BEVELED VARIATIONS

Polycount mostly is lowpoly. There are some intricate meshes but for these which are a few should be below 5k verts or so. Nothing is overblown really. Most stays quite low poly.

The 3D models have two UV channels:

  1. For Texturing
  2. For Lightmaps for Unreal.

Note: Used mostly auto-uv unwrap for all. Tested for overlaps. Manually fixed the UV unwrap when needed. Tested in Unreal.

As far as I know I added a second channel to all objects so they can be baked.

Only two textures used for all the pack.

  • 4x4 which is used for 2021 contents and very few objects again.
  • 8x8 which is used for pretty much all new and revised contents 99% of the time

Since I was developing this pack for UNREAL ENGINE. I took care of COLLISIONS for most things.

The SCENE file is just a showcase which may be useful to you if you want to use Blender. The file you want to use if you are going to throw the 3D models into a game engine is the EXPORTS AT 0,0,0. Read below. If you want the exports for UNREAL. They may work for your other game engines but I do not guarantee further tweak may not be needed.

So far this 3D assets have:

  • Pivots placed at OK location for easy building. Example floors, walls, etc. with often pivot at the corner.
  • Normals should be correctly pointed.
  • Some meshes have custom collisions for playable areas [Read note below to know more about this]
  • 2 UV maps. 1 for texturing and 1 for lightmap.
  • Most is modular stuff and things you can re-use to build areas.

Some meshes may have two materials instead of one. I did this so you can change color or glow color easier and faster. Done for customization purposes whenever possible. Most meshes may retain 1x material. But you can always change properties and colors via the material instance parameters provided :].

The Exports at 0,0,0 has CUSTOM COLLISIONS for several objects. File organized in batches. Same as the scene. Collision collections properly marked. Not all assets have custom collision. I finished collisions inside Unreal Engine. Sometimes I just needed to duplicate the original mesh collision to others and so on.

A lightmap channel is included too. So far it is decently ok. Tested at many light baked settings. Still if you want that perfect look you may need to tweak a few assets maybe. I left most assets with a very OK lightmap if you wanted to bake lights. So far from my tests nothing throws an error anymore for overlapping light setttings.

Organized. Naming conventions used:

  • Naming Conventions used: SM_ / T_ / M_
  • Collisions marked as: UCX_ with proper numbering at the end. Collisions in the file Exports at 0,0,0. All organized in Blender.

Thanks for looking, have a nice day! :]

Some V1 shots left at the end of the screenshots for reference. Big update now on Rev 2025.

OLD INFO FROM 2021 V1 OUTDATED

This pack could be used for your experiments or for quick project prototypes.

  • Includes 158 models, everything you see in the blender screenshot is included
  • 1 texture and 1 material for all assets

  • -> Fbx Scene with all assets -> check screenshots

  • -> Fbx with all models at 0,0,0

  • -> .blend files for both

  • -> Unreal Engine 4 .uasset with demo scene and asset showcase [4.26.0]

Texture Res: 4x4**

Scale: please check the Unreal Engine 4 screenshot to get a sense of scale.

Poly Count **-> 24 -> around 1.2k-ish max

Most assets stay on the low poly side. 1k less.

Note: the UVs are automatic, they do not overlap... but just be aware that their use with other materials may not work out well as a manual unwrapped asset. Solid colors without details should work well, but textures definitely will not. Please do not buy this if you are looking for something detailed beyond this style of low poly.

*Unreal Pack uses automatic collisions and no LODs. **I tweaked the collisions inside engine. **IMPORTANT: made with 4.26.0 - I do not know if it works before 4.26.0 *- If you are buying solely for the unreal game pack, I would re-consider. You can still import everything manually with the FBX I am providing that includes the models at 0,0,0 and accomodate collisions but it may take an hour or two depending on your PC.

IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Note: Renders shown in this page are for showcase purposes only. Render set-up [Illumination] is not from Blender but a live-viewer and is not included with your purchase. Any 3D model you see in the picture is exactly the same, no changes, so you can recreate these renders as you need or better. Renders are only or will be included if I state such thing in the description of the 3D model as for its contents. Often or whenever I can. I post a screenshot of the 3D model in Blender, so you see what the 3D model looks like out of the box. I want to be honest and sincere with you [client]. So just a heads up. Consider before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.
