SM – static mesh (SM_Hammer)
M – material (M_Wood)
T – texture (T_Metal)

Models are game ready, you can just drag fbx to content window in UE4 and it will create and assign materials (just click import all when importing).I am a fresh 3D artist so write to me if something is wrong. I checked models in UE4 and compared their height with standard UE human and you can see result on images.I can make more tools of this kind, just write to me with order.
