HiI created This model in maya 2022 and used Vray 5.2 To render the scene.I also converted the scene for 3Ds Max 2022 and** vray** renderer.

All Materials are VrayMtl Materials and if you want to use with another renderer you should convert the scene yourself.

I also exported .Fbx format of the sceneSo If you use another 3D software like Blender,C4D or etc. you can download Fbx file and you can shade the room the way you wantand there is also a texture files so if you download the fbx file you can download textures and use them for your Shading.
