They are hand-made for archviz projects and contain the simplest materials possible to achieve realistic look, with surface imperfections. They share the same materials if possible and basic shaders when possible. for some details like wicker, models use displacement, so if you plan on close shots, I would advise to use experimental version of blender, all's prepared.

In the zip file, you will find one .blend file containing all of them and then 10 separate structured files with each of the night snad in the separate file.you can find all the files - textures, .FBX and common .blend file in the .zip or you can download it separately.
