Created using Blender2.93The Alphabest Letter boxes are PBR textured.Glass bulb works natively in blender (cycle), might need minor adjustment for other softwares.

A couple bonus animation nodes are added in the shader under material emission animation for some simple light bulb moving animation.Simply change the material of bulb from emision to emision animation you'll have the bulb blinking away.A target empty is in the file to determine the origin location of the bulb animation.Swap the wave texture for noise texture or something different, you might get something interesting.You're the creative, you'll know what to do with it.

Subdividion modifier is ready to be applied.
