UPDATED: 29 OCTOBER 2023

- Added new file type: Unreal Engine 5

- Can be used for fly-through and VR

- Reworked some of the models to take advantage of Unreal's nanite

- Some problems still exist with the floor collision where players will fall through.

 

UPDATED: 27 FEBRUARY 2022

- Basement level under Fahd Expansion was missing. FIXED

- Ugly gaps between Mataf and Saei area now closed

- Fixed some clippings

- removed temporary 'grey' buildings on top floor

 

UPDATED: 5 JANUARY 2021  Major changes made since last update (May 2018)

Interior now includes:

King Fahd Expansion including basement

Added basement level between Safa/Marwa

Added interior for Mataf expansion 

Added escalators for King Fahd Expansion

Fixed the escalators between Safa/Marwa

 

Model was originally made in Lightwave 3D 2018.7

 

For Lightwave 3D:

-changed the modelling format to modular style.

-changed the material from standard to Principled BSDF

 

For 3DsMax (2014):

-materials are still standard. The object was exported from blender. Most similar objects are now instanced.

 

For Blender (2.91):

-assigned Principle BSDF for the materials

 

For FBX:

-FBX file is now a single object. Previous object had separated files.

-File was exported from Blender 2.91
