The original file is produced and rendered in Blender 2.78. The only textures are the leather and dashboard.

The model is post processed entirely within Blender. Currently, the model is saved in low poly (to allow smooth viewport navigation upon opening). The vertex and face count are based on this low poly subdivision. The topology is entirely quads, except for maybe 1 or 2 triangles.

The .zip file that you download contains all specified file formats, textures and render image samples.
