As early as 1947–1948, Mercedes-Benz began developing a body design that would later become known as the pontoon style, which gained widespread popularity in the 1950s. The company aimed to enter the market for affordable and compact cars, leading to the creation of a four-cylinder engine with a 1.2-liter displacement. The chief engineer behind this small Mercedes was Josef Müller, who had previously contributed to the development of the rear-engine Mercedes-Benz 170H (W28) and the W25 race car, the most remarkable feature of the car, from a modern perspective, was its pontoon-style body, which clearly anticipated the design characteristics of the Mercedes-Benz W120 series, which entered production in 1953. The upright, slightly V-shaped radiator grille seamlessly transitioned into the hood, while the rounded doors, elegantly curved rear end, and wide B-pillar unmistakably foreshadowed the styling of later production models with pontoon bodywork.According to Josef Müller's 1948 blueprints, the car had a total length of just 3.7 meters.

The texture set is presented in PBR format and ORM Packed textures setup in Unreal Engine, textures are loaded in a larger size than necessary for your projects, this is done so that you can reduce the resolution of the textures yourself. The model is triangulated.
