This elegant house is home to only the most prosperous merchants on the wharfside.

Built and first owned by SmythBone Norriss, a descendant of Smythlak Ironblood, it has since had many merchants in it's time. Local legend has it despite an grand exterior that screams upper class, many a dark and foulsome deed has been plotted with in it's walls. Some hold that the upper classes who live here are less moralsome than the local sewermen. The model comes with opening doors
