This is a low-poly 3D model of the early optitron meter of Toyota 20 Celsior (2nd generation model of Lexus LS 400 in the US).

I created the manual based on the sketch.

Since it was created with blender (version 2.79), there are two types: blender data (can be opened even with blender version 2.80 or later) and OBJ data.

Rendering preview image 1 is an image with lights placed around it, and 3 is a meter-like image at night with the lights and environmental colors turned off.
