Realistic model of a Middle Eastern town environment.

Modeled and rendered in 3DS MAX 8 without plugins.

This model includes over 6 blocks of content including houses, hotels, temples, towers, trees, bushes, telephone poles & wires, barrels, concrete blocks, sings, and much more. Over 100 buildings included.

Also included is an optional sidewalk / concrete foundation for the buildings so you can chose dirt or concrete building foundations.

All the models parts and scene helpers are organized via their naming scheme. Scaled to real life size (3ds max 8 format).

Textures are in JPG format and range from 2048x2048 to 512x512. Some textures include transparency and bump maps. Over 90 named texture files are included.

You can easily use this model as the foundation for other Middle Eastern variations.
