Millbank Tower is a 118-meter high skyscraper in the City of Westminster at Millbank, by the River Thames in London. it was designed by the architect Ronald Ward and construction started in 1959, the building consists of a main tower mounted on an elevated base with support columns, the base has a pizza express restaurant and a second smaller tower. although the building was constructed in London it is obscure enough to be used in any city without a second glance.

The model and textures was created with care to be as close to the real world tower as possible.
