I originally modeled this for a mechanic friend who had some extra shock absorber bushings that he wanted to use as tires for a model car (which is why the tire itself isn't very detailed in the render). Simply print each piece flat face down and glue it together around the bushing/tire. If there is interest, I would be happy to model a more detailed tire that can be printed for this rim.
