Model is based on the Lied Library at UNLV. Has a unique architecture. The textures files in the zip folder have the same names as their material slots to be easily applied. The bricks can be given different colors if the grey seems monotonous, as shown in the previews, and the windows can be set to emit light as seen in the snowy field images. The preview video also shows a turntable of the whole building.
