This project is a modern residential house designed on a sloped hilly site with a total plot area of 612 square feet. The design responds intelligently to the natural terrain by integrating level changes, vertical massing, and elevation offsets, making it ideal for hillside or uneven plots where conventional layouts are not suitable.
The architecture features a contemporary facade with clean volumes, vertical elements, textured concrete finishes, and controlled openings to balance daylight, privacy, and views. The form is developed to sit naturally within a hilly context while maintaining a strong modern street presence.
This is a complete architectural package developed with real world construction logic. The project includes all essential technical drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, roof slope drawings, structural layouts, MEP drawings, gas point layouts, furniture layout plans, and detailed dimensioned drawings. These files make the project suitable for execution level understanding, approvals, and client presentations.
The 3D model is clean, lightweight, and professionally organized. It is fully editable in SketchUp and ready for visualization in Lumion.
