Modern Western style city model. Roads, buildings, houses, shops, offices, parks, trees and suburbs included - everything shown in renders and more. Great multipurpose 3D model (ideal for offline rendering or real time uses such as games or simulation). Even though it's 732k polys each building is very simple. The model covers an area approximately 4km x 4km. Over 600 quality textures included, and simple real-time tress. This asset has been tested in real-time engines. Each material is its own mesh. Background skybox image not included. Lighting and camera included in the 3DSMax version only.

Native format is 3ds Max. No plugins required to achieve renders shown above. Texture maps are located in their own zip download. Lighting setup not included in interchange formats. Model built to real world scale - units are meters.
