All modular parts are exported as different fbx files. You don't need to seperate them from blend file.
All objects grouped and named in collections so you can easily change , interact , animate , duplicate them.
Everything is unwrapped as you can see on the pictures.
Texture resolutions are 1024x1024 to 2048x2048.
No extra plugins is used on this model.
